Core Values of the Slippery Rock Football Program

Commitment:  It is not easy to make the commitment to the team.  We will have peoplewho put the team goals before their personal ones.

                  “One person with commitment accomplishes more than a thousand with an opinion.” 

 

Integrity:  Do what is right for you, your family, your teammate, your classmates and everyone involved.

                   

“Your actions speak so loudly that I never hear what you say.”

    Pride:  Have pride in yourself, your family, and your team.  Pride is what separates the good teams from the great teams.

   “Pride is holding your head up when everyone around you has theirs bowed. Courage is what makes you do it.”
